What counts as a unit or a location?
A location is each place you operate from: a restaurant, salon, shop, rental office or tour base. A tour operator running several tours from one base counts as one location. Vacation rentals are counted by units instead: each bookable villa, apartment or studio.
I run tours, a shop or a service business. Is this for me?
Yes. The plans work the same for any business that answers customer questions and takes bookings or orders. Your assistant is trained on your own tours, menu, services or products.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up any time as your business grows. Moving down takes effect after your minimum period.
Why does Solo only have a 1-month minimum?
So small businesses can try an AI assistant without a long commitment. The other plans include integration work that takes longer to set up, so they have a 3-month minimum.
